1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using PullSheet.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PullSheet.io is a HubSpot Marketplace application that automatically synchronizes CRM data from HubSpot to Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel on a user-defined schedule.

3. Accounts and Access

• You must have a valid HubSpot account to use PullSheet.io.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected accounts (HubSpot, Google, Microsoft).
• You must not share access to your PullSheet.io account with unauthorized users.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits or rate limiting.
• Use the Service to transfer data you do not have the right to access.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Use the Service in a way that could damage or overload our infrastructure.

5. Plans and Billing

• PullSheet.io offers a free tier and paid subscription plans.
• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

7. Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
• The Service depends on third-party APIs (HubSpot, Google, Microsoft) which may experience outages beyond our control.
• We reserve the right to perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PullSheet.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling PullSheet.io from HubSpot.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
